Today we welcomed Emily to the Le Gros Franck waiting team. Emily is a local girl who has just finished her A levels at Hills road Vl form college and is taking a gap year before she goes to uni to study Psychology.

We barbecued the lobster with white wine, Francks secret garlic butter and herbs all wrapped in aluminium foil and baking paper – simple and delicious.
