Dear Franck and Lingling Just a quick Thank You so much for the fabulous food yesterday; it was a great success and the guests absolutely LOVED the meal. It looked and tasted fantastic. I particularly loved those pretty coloured chocolate confections that looked like precious metal ingots – incroyable! Also the goose rillette tarts were delicious… my goodness….We’ll drop the clean trays etc and the cheque off later this week, if that’s ok with you.
